Your data stays on EU infrastructure we host and control, encrypted and hardened, and its security has been independently reviewed, which also helps you answer the resilience and supply-chain questions that come with NIS2 and the EU Cyber Resilience Act. You choose how it is hosted. Multi-tenant on our shared EU platform, each organisation fully separated from the others, or a dedicated single-tenant instance on its own EU server (a dedicated VPS) for organisations that would rather not share infrastructure with anyone. It is the same software either way, on entirely separate infrastructure and data.

Deployment includes panel-builder and electrician installation, plus staff training.

Questions about energy monitoring

Does your platform support NIS2 readiness?
Yes. NIS2 (Directive 2022/2555) Article 21 requires risk management measures including encryption, access controls, and supply chain security. Our gateways use LUKS AES-256 full-disk encryption, role-based access controls with audit logging, and a documented hardware/software supply chain. All data stays on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany/Finland), on systems we operate under EU law. Our architecture is designed so that the IoT layer does not become your NIS2 gap. Who installs the hardware?
Our deployments are carried out by Danish electricians and certified panel builders. We handle the full installation including electrical work, network configuration, and staff training.
What hardware do you use?
We standardise on Nordic IoT security-hardened industrial PCs with DIN rail mounting, M.2 NVMe SSD with LUKS encryption, and an integrated 4G modem. For tracking, we use Teltonika GPS trackers (or other compatible devices).
How is your pricing structured?
